Analiza zachowań rynkowych konsumentów pozwala na identyfikację czynników, jak również określenie ich wpływu na decyzje, które są podejmowane na rynku. Znajomość głównych reguł kierujących zachowaniami konsumentów jest niezbędnym elementem wiedzy dla menedżerów, czy też twórców reklam. Cel pracy stanowiło zapoznanie się z czynnikami, które mają wpływ na zachowania konsumentów i ich procesy decyzyjne. W pracy przyjęto hipotezę główną, która zakładała, iż czynniki ekonomiczne i marketingowe mają istotny wpływ na zachowania nabywcze i procesy decyzyjne konsumentów. W celu jej weryfikacji przeprowadzono badanie ankietowe wśród 100 osób. Wyniki badania wskazują, iż potwierdziła się przyjęta hipoteza główna. Czynniki ekonomiczne oraz marketingowe w istotny sposób oddziałują na konsumenta. Wysokość dochodu kształtuje ilość oraz strukturę wydatków, natomiast cena uważana jest za najważniejszy czynnik wpływający na decyzje konsumenckie. Z kolei skuteczna reklama produktu, atrakcyjna promocja, czy też znana marka zachęca konsumenta do nabycia konkretnego towaru oraz sprawia, iż konsument jest w stanie zakupić większą ilość towaru niżeli zamierzał.
The analysis of the market behaviour of consumers allows the identification of the factors, as well as their influence on the decisions that are taken on the market. The acquaintance of the main rules that conduct the consumers' behaviour is an essential element of the knowledge for managers and the authors of advertisements. The aim of the work was to familiarize with the factors that have an impact on consumers' behaviour and their decision-making processes. In this work was accepted the main hypothesis, which assumed that the economic and marketing factors have a significant impact on buying behaviour and consumer decision-making processes. In order to verify this hypothesis, a survey was conducted among 100 people. The results of the survey indicate that the main hypothesis was confirmed. The economic and marketing factors have a significant impact on the consumer. The level of an income forms the quantity and structure of expenditure, but the price is considered to be the most important factor in consumer decisions. In turn, the effective advertising of a product, the attractive promotion, well-known brand encourages the consumer to purchase a particular product and makes that the consumer is able to buy more goods than he planned.
