Istota rozszerzania certyfikacji jakościowej na przykładzie branży motoryzacyjnej

Abstract

Obecnie przedsiębiorstwa muszą wychodzić naprzeciw wzrastającym potrzebom klientów – szczególnym przypadkiem są wymagania stawiane producentom pojazdów. Podstawowym działaniem, mającym na celu spełnienie takich oczekiwań jest wdrażanie i prowadzenie systemów zarządzania jakością. Celem niniejszej pracy jest udowodnienie sensu rozszerzania certyfikacji systemów zarządzania jakością na przykładzie branży motoryzacyjnej. Część teoretyczna pracy składa się z dwóch rozdziałów, które sukcesywnie wprowadzają czytelnika w tematykę zarządzania jakością z uwzględnieniem specyfiki przemysłu motoryzacyjnego. Poznajemy w nich m.in. przedsiębiorcze i konsumenckie podejście do jakości, sylwetkę menedżera jakości, wyznaczniki efektywnego systemu zarządzania jakością, specyfikację techniczną ISO/TS 16949 (norma dedykowana branży motoryzacyjnej), analizę MSA oraz charakterystykę narzędzi statystycznych, stosowanych w kontroli jakości. Rozdział trzeci podejmuje studium przypadku strategii jakościowej jednej z polskich odlewni, wykonującej detale dla branży motoryzacyjnej, gdzie podjęto decyzję o rozszerzeniu certyfikacji tzn. wdrożeniu ISO/TS 16949. Przybliżono w nim profil działalności, opis detali oraz metodykę i interpretację przeprowadzonych badań jakościowych tj. realizację analizy MSA oraz sporządzenie kart kontrolnych. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych analiz stwierdzono, że proces produkcji odlewów jest stabilny, jednakże pojawiają się zmienności, które potwierdziły wcześniej rozpatrywaną hipotezę o awarii maszyny. W rezultacie wykazano, że wdrożenie ISO/TS 16949 oraz stosowanie analiz zalecanych przez tę specyfikacje jest zasadne, ponieważ spełniają one swoje zadania, a także otwierają przed przedsiębiorstwem nowe możliwości.

Nowadays companies have to go up against to increasing needs of customers – special cases are the requirements for vehicle manufacturers. The basic action aimed at fulfilling these expectations is to implement and manage quality management systems. The aim of this study is to demonstrate the meaning of expanding certification of quality management systems on the example of the automotive industry. The theoretical part of this thesis consists of two chapters, which gradually introduce the reader to the subject of quality management with special reference to the automotive industry. We learn from them about consumer and entrepreneurial approach to quality, quality manager silhouette, determinants of an effective quality management system, technical specification ISO/TS 16949 (standard dedicated to the automotive industry), analyzing the characteristics of the MSA and the statistical tools used in quality control. The third chapter takes a qualitative case study strategy, one of the Polish foundry, performing spare parts for the automotive industry, where it was decided to extend the certification, i.e. the implementation of ISO/TS 16949. Brought closer to its business profile, description details and methodology and interpretation of qualitative research conducted, i.e. the implementation of the MSA analysis and preparation of control charts. On the basis of the analyzes, it was found that the production process of castings is stable, but there are variation, which confirmed the hypothesis raised previously about the failure of the machine. As a result, it has been shown that the implementation of ISO/TS 16949 and the use of analyzes recommended by this specification is justified because they fulfill their tasks, as well as open up business opportunities.
