Bezrobocie strukturalne w Nowym Sączu

Abstract

Przedmiotem poniższej praca jest bezrobocie, a dokładniej jedna z gałęzi bezrobocia czyli bezrobocie strukturalne. Praca składa się 3 rozdziałów, które zawierają opis bezrobocia, historię jego powstania jak również sytuację na rynku pracy w Polsce. Praca skupia się przede wszystkim na sytuacji miasta Nowego Sącza znajdującego się w Małopolsce w powiecie Nowosądeckim. Pokazana jest struktura zmiany stopy bezrobocia w Nowym Sączu w porównaniu do podregionu i całego regionu w którym miasto się znajduję. W rozdziale trzecim zamieszczona jest sytuacja zaludnienia i bezrobocia strukturalnego w Nowym Sączu. Można tam również dostrzec analizę zawodów deficytowych jak i nadwyżkowych, jak również zmianę ich w odstępie lat. Po dogłębniej analizie i wyciągnięciu wniosków można stwierdzić, że bezrobocie strukturalne w Nowym Sączu będzie się jeszcze utrzymywać na podobnym poziomie przez pewnie okres czasu. Jest to spowodowane słabym systemem oświaty który nie nadąża za rynkiem pracy, jak również podejściem osób bezrobotnych i studentów którzy już widzą zmiany na rynku i w niewielkiej ilości dostosowują się do niego, jednak stosunek zawodów nadwyżkowych do miejsc pracy jest na stanowczo za dużym poziomie aby w krótkim okresie mogło się zmienić dużym stopniu. W trzecim rozdziale znajduję się również ankieta, która pokazuje w jakim stopniu przygotowują się i są w stanie zmienić studenci do wymagań rynku pracy.

The aim of the following bachelor's thesis is unemployment, more specifically structural unemployment. The bachelor's thesis consists of three chapters, first one contain a description of unemployment, the history of the labour market situation in Poland. Bachelor`s tesis focuses primarily on the situation in the city Nowy Sacz located in Malopolska in the district Nowy Sacz. Bachelor's thesis show us structure changes in unemployment rates in Nowy Sacz compared to the sub-region and the entire region in neighbourhood of the city. The third chapter show a situation of population and structural unemployment in Nowy Sacz. Bachelor's thesis consist analysis of deficit and surplus unemployment, and changes during years. After profoundly analyzed and lessons learned can be concluded that structural unemployment in Nowy Sacz will still remain at a similar level for this period of time. This is effect of weak education system that is not adequate the labor market as well as way of thinking unemployed persons and students who already see changes in the market and a small number are of changes is not pertinent to expectations . In the third chapter also I find the survey, which shows to what extent are preparing and are able change the students to the requirements that exist in the labor market.
