Bezrobocie na lokalnym rynku pracy powiatu nowosądeckiego i sposoby jego ograniczania

Abstract

Niniejsza praca dotyczy zjawiska bezrobocia na terenie powiatu nowosądeckiego. Celem pracy jest przedstawienie głównych pojęć związanych z bezrobociem, charakterystyka form walki z bezrobociem oraz analiza zjawiska bezrobocia na terenie powiatu nowosądeckiego. Dodatkowo celem pracy jest przedstawienie struktury bezrobotnych z powiatu nowosądeckiego według określonych kryteriów w latach 2010-2014, na podstawie danych z Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy dla Powiatu Nowosądeckiego oraz z Banku Danych Lokalnych. Celem pracy jest również ocena działalności PUP dla Powiatu Nowosądeckiego w zakresie walki z bezrobociem. Praca składa się z 4 rozdziałów. W rozdziale pierwszym przedstawione zostały ogólne informacje dotyczące bezrobocia: jego pojęcie, metody pomiaru, przyczyny oraz skutki. Natomiast rozdział drugi to omówienie polityki państwa na rynku pracy. Rozdział trzeci zawiera społeczno – gospodarczą charakterystykę powiatu nowosądeckiego, a także analizę zjawiska bezrobocia w powiecie nowosądeckim w latach 2010-2014. Z kolei w rozdziale czwartym dokonano podsumowania działań, które podejmuje Powiatowy Urząd Pracy dla Powiatu Nowosądeckiego w związku ze zwalczaniem zjawiska bezrobocia oraz oceniono działania Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy dla Powiatu Nowosądeckiego na podstawie ankiety przeprowadzonej wśród bezrobotnych.

The present thesis concerns the issue of unemployment in the district of Nowy Sącz. The aim of the thesis is to show the main terms connected with unemployment, the characteristics of forms of acting against unemployment and the analysis of the phenomenon of unemployment in the district of Nowy Sącz. The further aim of the thesis is to demonstrate the structure of the unemployed by certain criteria in the years 2010-2014 on the basis of the data from the District Labour Office for Nowy Sącz and Local Data Bank. The purpose of the work is also to evaluate the work of DLO in Nowy Sącz as far as acting against unemployment is concerned. The thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter comprises general information concerning unemployment: the concept, methods of measurement, its reasons and results. The second chapter is the presentation of the governmental labour market policy. The third chapter contains socio-economic characteristics of Nowy Sącz district and the analysis of the phenomenon of unemployment in the district of Nowy Sącz in the years 2010-1014. The fourth chapter reviews the activity of the DLO in Nowy Sącz with reference to combating unemployment. Furthermore, the evaluation of the activity of DLO in Nowy Sącz was carried out by means of the survey conducted among the unemployed.
