Mobbing w środowisku pracy na przykładzie firmy Black Red White

Abstract

Celem poniższej pracy jest analiza zjawiska mobbingu w miejscu pracy. W rozdziale pierwszym pracy został poruszony aspekt stricte teoretyczny. Na podstawie specjalistycznej literatury traktującej o tym zagadnieniu, przedstawiono definicję mobbingu. Następnie omówiono cechy sprzyjające powstawaniu tego zjawiska, a także podjęto próbę charakterystyki jego ofiary, fazy mobbingu i konsekwencje jakie za sobą niesie terror psychiczny. Drugi rozdział poniższej pracy ma na celu omówienie skali zjawiska na podstawie dostępnych danych oraz sposobów przeciwdziałania mobbingowi. Rozdział trzeci i czwarty są częścią badawczą, w której na podstawie zebranych danych pracowników firmy Black Red White, podjęto próbę oceny tego zjawiska i sposobów walki z nim w firmie.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the phenomenon of bullying in the workplace. The first section of the work was moved purely theoretical aspect. On the basis of specialist literature, which deals with this issue presents a definition of bullying. It then discusses the characteristics that predispose to this phenomenon, as well as an attempt characteristics of the victim, phase bullying and consequences that it carries psychological terror. The second chapter of this paper is to discuss the scale of the phenomenon on the basis of available data and ways of combating mobbing. Chapter Three and fourth they are part of the research in which, based on data collected employees of the company Black Red White attempts to assess the phenomenon and ways to combat it in the company.
