Analiza i ocena kształtowania się bezrobocia na obszarze powiatu nowosądeckiego i powiatu brzeskiego w latach 2012-2014

Abstract

Celem pracy jest ukazanie i analiza problemu jakim jest bezrobocie na obszarze powiatu nowosądeckiego i powiatu brzeskiego. Ma ona na celu przedstawienie formy i struktury tego zjawiska na badanych obszarach. Analizie i ocenie podlegają także sposoby aktywizacji występujące na rynkach pracy powiatów. Podmiotem badanej pracy jest powiat nowosądecki i brzeski, natomiast głównym przedmiotem badania jest analiza i ocena kształtowania się bezrobocia na obszarze powiatu nowosądeckiego i powiatu brzeskiego w latach 2012-2014. W części teoretycznej pracy zaprezentowano główne kwestie odnoszące się do rynku pracy oraz bezrobocia. Z kolei w części praktycznej pracy przedstawiono ogólną charakterystykę rynku pracy na terenie obydwu powiatów oraz uwarunkowania rynku pracy mające wpływ na to zjawisko. Ponadto przedstawiono również strukturę bezrobocia i analizę sposobów aktywizacji przy użyciu instrumentów i usług rynku pracy. W analizowanych powiatach, problem bezrobocia jest niezwykle niebezpieczny dla jednostki i całego społeczeństwa. Prowadzi on do wielu niekorzystnych skutków i jest zjawiskiem powszechnie występującym w naszym kraju. Problem bezrobocia nie oszczędza nikogo. Dotyka on zarówno kobiet, jak i mężczyzn, osób w młodym i starszym wieku, czy też osób, którzy przepracowali kilka lub kilkanaście lat. Dlatego też państwo powinno prowadzić aktywną politykę rynku pracy prowadzącą do likwidacji przyczyn bezrobocia oraz przeznaczać więcej środków na pomoc dla osób, których dotyka ten problem.

The aim of the thesis is to show and analyze the problem of unemployment on the area of the Nowosądecki and Brzeski districts. The thesis is to present the form and the structure of this phenomenon on the examined areas. The methods of Pre-Employment Action Plan which are present on the job market of the districts are analyzed and evaluated as well. The subject of the project are the Nowosądecki and Brzeski districts, whereas the main object of study is the analysis and evaluation of the formation of unemployment on the area of these districts in the years 2012-2014. The theoretical background of the thesis constitutes the main issues relating to the job market and unemployment. In turn, the general characteristic of the job market on the area of the districts and the conditions of the job market which influence the phenomenon have been presented in the practical part. What is more the structure of unemployment and the analysis of the methods of Pre-Employment Action Plan with the instruments and services of the job market have also been mentioned. The problem of unemployment on the analyzed areas is particularly dangerous for an individual and the whole society. Not only has it got a lot of negative effects but also is a really common phenomena in our country. The problem does not spare anybody. It affects both - women and men, young and older people and even those who have worked for many years. Thus, the country first of all should pursue an active policy of the job market aiming at elimination of the unemployment’s reasons and second of all it should give more money to people who are afflicted by the problem of unemployment.
