Gospodarka odpadami w Gminie Korzenna

Abstract

Gospodarka odpadami jest to działanie polegające na odbiorze, transporcie, odzysku i unieszkodliwianiu odpadów. Badania zostały przeprowadzone w Gminie Korzenna, przeanalizowano prawo miejscowe od 2010 r. oraz przeprowadzono ankietę wśród mieszkańców gminy. W wyniku rozważań nad uchwałami Rady Gminy uzyskano obraz poprzedniego i obecnego stanu prawnego gospodarki odpadami w badanej gminie. W kwestionariuszu wywiadu uzyskano informację na temat zadowolenia mieszkańców z funkcjonowania gospodarki odpadami oraz ich wiedzy na jej temat. W analizowanej gminie aktualny system prawny dokładnie reguluje zasady gospodarowania odpadami. Gmina doskonale poradziła sobie z nową rzeczywistością po wprowadzeniu ustawy śmieciowej w 2012 r. Jak wynika z ankiety mieszkańcy są zadowoleni ze zmian, które ona wprowadziła. W coraz większym stopniu mieszkańcy decydują się na segregowanie śmieci, w głównej mierze decydującym czynnikiem tego faktu jest niższa cena odbioru tego rodzaju odpadów. Zauważono jednakże, że w gminie brakuje akcji informacyjnych na temat zasad gospodarowania odpadami, na co narzekają także mieszkańcy. Posiadają oni wątpliwości co do treści przepisów i norm dysponowania odpadami.

The waste management is an activity which deals with collecting, transport, recycling and neutralizing waste. The research was conducted in Korzenna community , the local law since 2010 has been analysed and the survey among inhabitants of Korzenna was conducted. In this community the municipal council’s acts were analyzed and the view of the previous and the present law condition of the waste management was obtained. In the survey’s questionnaire the gained information concerned the level of inhabitants‘ satisfaction with the functioning of waste management as well as their knowledge on that issue. In the analysed community the present law system regulates the rules of waste management in a very accurate way. The community dealt really well with the new reality after bringing in the Junk Act in 2012. The survey shows that the inhabitants are pleased with the changes made by this law. More and more inhabitants decide to segregate their rubbish which is mostly because of the lower price of collecting this sort of litter. However, the lack of information campaigns has been noticed and that makes the inhabitants complain. They have doubts concerning the contents of rules and waste disposal standards.
