Rola procesu kształtowania wizerunku w działalności i funkcjonowaniu organizacji pozarządowej na przykładzie wybranych organizacji z województwa małopolskiego

Abstract

Celem pracy jest przedstawienie, omówienie, ocena i uzasadnienie roli procesu kształtowania wizerunku przez organizacje pozarządowe, w szczególności na przykładzie małopolskich organizacji. Podmiotem badanej pracy jest województwo małopolskie, natomiast głównym przedmiotem badania jest analiza i ocena procesu kształtowania wizerunku przez wybrane małopolskie organizacje pozarządowe w latach 2011-2013. W części teoretycznej pracy przedstawione będą aspekty klasyfikacyjne, prawne, finansowe oraz społeczne związane z działalnością organizacji pozarządowych, a także szereg zagadnień dotyczących pojęcia wizerunku i public relations oraz ich roli. Natomiast w części praktycznej pracy zaprezentowana zostanie działalność małopolskich organizacji pozarządowych z uwzględnieniem charakterystyki województwa oraz procesu współpracy z organami samorządowymi. Ponadto zostanie przedstawiona szczegółowa analiza i ocena procesu kształtowania wizerunku przez wybrane małopolskie organizacje pozarządowe wraz z charakterystyką ich działalności oraz rekomendacjami. Wizerunek determinuje działalność i funkcjonowanie każdej organizacji pozarządowej, dlatego wszelkie działania kształtowania pozytywnego image’u są potrzebne organizacjom pozarządowym. Badane organizacje są świadome o ważności wizerunku dla ich działalności, dlatego podejmują różne działania ku korzystnemu obrazowi w społeczeństwie.

The aim of the study is to present, discuss, give evaluation and justification to the role of the process of shaping the image of non-governmental organizations, in particular on the example of organization from Małopolska Region. The subject of work is Małopolska Region, while the main object of the study is to analyze and evaluate the process of shaping the image of the selected NGOs from the Malopolska Region in 2011-2013. In the theoretical part of the work there will be presented the basic aspects of classification, legal, financial and related social activities and operations of non-governmental organizations, as well as a number of issues concerning the concept of image and public relations and their role. In the practical part of the work there will be presented NGO activities in Małopolska Region, taking into account the characteristics of the region and the process of cooperation between NGOs and local government authorities. In addition, there will be presented a detailed analysis and evaluation of the process of shaping the image of the selected NGOs from Małopolska Region, together with the characteristics of their activities and recommendations. The image determines the activities and operations of each non-governmental organization, therefore any action of a positive 'image are needed to NGOs. The organizations presented in this study are aware of the importance of the image for their business, so take various steps towards a favorable image in the society.
