Audyt wiedzy w Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Limanowej – opracowanie narzędzia

Abstract

Praca związana jest z wiedzą i audytem wiedzy. Badania przeprowadzono w Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Limanowej za pomocą dwóch opracowanych narzędzi: kwestionariusza wywiadu i kwestionariusza ankiety. Podmiotem badań w niniejszej pracy są pracownicy Jednostki Ratowniczo-Gaśniczej w Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Limanowej. W pracy podjęto próbę zidentyfikowania dostępności wiedzy jawnej i wiedzy ukrytej, jej przepływu i wykorzystania przez pracowników. Również podjęto próbę oceny posiadanej wiedzy w Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Limanowej. W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań za pomocą stworzonych narzędzi badawczych do przeprowadzenia audytu wiedzy w Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Limanowej możliwa jest ocena posiadanej wiedzy w komendzie. Dzięki audytowi wiedzy można dostrzec jakie są relacje pracowników w stosunku do dzielenia się wiedzą, gdzie znajdują się dostępne źródła wiedzy, jak wiedza jest tworzona, wykorzystywana i udostępniana. Analiza przeprowadzonego audytu wiedzy w Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Limanowej i rekomendacje mogą być pomocne aby udoskonalić komendę pod względem posiadanej wiedzy. Również dzięki przeprowadzonemu audytowi wiedzy możliwe będzie lepsze zarządzanie Państwową Strażą Pożarną w Limanowej.

The thesis is related with knowledge and the audit of knowledge. The research were done in the State Fire Service in Limanowa with two developed tools; the questionnaire of the interview and the questionnaire of the survey. The subject of the research are employees of the Rescue and Firefighting Unit in the State Fire Service in Limanowa. In this work an attempt was made to identify the availability of the open knowledge and the hidden knowledge, its flow and using by employees. An attempt of the evaluation of the possessed knowledge in the State Fire Service in Limanowa was also made. As a result of conducted studies with the help of created research tools for conducting the audit of the knowledge in the State Fire Service in Limanowa, an evaluation of the possessed knowledge is available in the unit. Thanks to the audit of the knowledge it is possible to notice what relations of employees are towards sharing the knowledge, where accessible sources of knowledge can be found, what knowledge is created, used and made available. Analysis of the conducted audit of the knowledge in the State Fire Service in Limanowa and recommendations can be of help in order to improve the unit in terms of the possessed knowledge. Furthermore, thanks to the conducted audit of the knowledge, a better management of State Fire Service in Limanowa will also be possible.
