Zarządzanie transportem w przedsiębiorstwie na przykładzie firmy ZŁOMSTAL G. J. Koza Sp. j.

Abstract

Sprawne zarządzanie przedsiębiorstwem jest kluczem do jego sukcesu. Celem pracy było zbadanie jak firmie ZŁOMSTAL G. J. Koza Sp. j. udaje się utrzymać na rynku transportowym przy tak dużej konkurencji i wciąż trwającym kryzysie gospodarczym w Europie? Aby odpowiedzieć sobie na tak postawione pytanie w dniu 9 marca 2015 r. w miejscowości Piaski przeprowadzono wywiad z właścicielem firmy - panem Jozefem Koza. Odpowiednio skonstruowany problem badawczy oraz hipotezy pozwoliły na wysunięcie interesujących wniosków. Tysiące osób zdobywa na studiach wiedzę na temat sprawnego zarządzania firmą. Właściciel firmy pan J. Koza nie posiada odpowiedniego wykształcenia ekonomicznego. Pomimo to stworzył na Śląsku świetnie prosperujące przedsiębiorstwo transportowe zatrudniające ponad 50 osób. Przetrwał kryzys gdyż kieruje firmą, w której najważniejszy jest człowiek. Za cel postawił sobie dobrze wynagradzać pracowników, którzy dzięki temu chętnie i dobrze pracują na wizerunek i sukces jego firmy. Metody pozyskiwania kontraktów daleko odbiegają od profesjonalizmu i ogólnie przyjętych zasad. Sieć klientów jaką posiada firma została stworzona poprzez wykorzystanie kontaktów rodzinnych i znajomości. Właściciel działa niestandardowo, ale jak sam mówi inaczej nie potrafi. Prawdziwy sukces firmy Złomstal to nieprofesjonalne „podejście” właściciela firmy przy zawieraniu umów, ale za to bardzo profesjonalne, empatyczne i hojne w stosunku do podległych pracowników, którzy potrafią się odwdzięczyć poprzez fachowe, rzetelne wykonywanie swoich obowiązków.

Solid management of a company is the key to it’s success. The main goal of this article was to investigate how the company ZŁOMSTAL GJ Goat Sp. j. could stay economically succesfull with severe competition in it’s branch and an ongoing economic crisis in Europe? To provide an answer to this question on 9th March 2015 in the village Piaski the owner of the company - Mr. Jozef Koza was interviewed. According to modern standards, research was conducted and hypotheses were proposed to come to some intersting conclusions. Thousands of people in collage acquire knowledge how to efficiently manage a company. The owner of the company Mr. J. Koza has no economic background or education. Nonetheless, he created in Silesia a thriving transport and logistics enterprise, employing more than 50 people. He survived the crisis because he directs the company based on the principle “employee first.” It’s goal is to reward and encourage good employees to perform and excel in their profession. Thanks to their willingness and their professionallity, the company grows in reputation and image that directly contributes to it’s success. On the other hand, he doesn't use standard methods to obtain new contracts but mainly depends on search for customers within a network of friends and family. The owner of the company uses an unconventional approach, but as he himself says he is not capable of doing otherwise. The real success of Złomstal is not the unprofessional "approach" of the business owner in gaining contracts, but professionalism, empathy and gratitude in relation to its subordinates who are able to repay with professionallity and continuity in their performance giving the company a headstart in name and reputation.
