Abstract

Logistyczny łańcuch dostaw pozwala stworzyć cały plan wiedzy o firmie. Wprowadzenie takiego systemu odgrywa istotną rolą w sprawnym przepływie i gromadzeniu informacji, które są niezbędne w organizacji i wykonaniu następujących elementów łańcucha logistycznego: zarządzanie zapasami, transport, magazynowanie, obsługa klienta. Prezentowana praca ma na celu scharakteryzowanie systemu logistycznego łańcucha dostaw w wybranym przedsiębiorstwie produkcyjno-handlowym, jako główny element przyczyniający się do sprawnego funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa. Przedstawione aspekty mają za zadanie pokazać, że elementy łańcucha dostaw współgrają ze sobą w sposób zintegrowany, tak aby stanowiły ze sobą pewną całość w zarządzaniu przedsiębiorstwem.

Logistics supply chain allows you to create the plan of knowledge about the company. The introduction of such a system plays an important role in the smooth flow and accumulation of information that is necessary for the organization and execution of the following elements of the logistics chain: inventory management, transportation, warehousing, customer service. The present work aims to characterize the supply chain logistics system in selected manufacturing company - sales, as the main element contributing to the smooth functioning of the company. The aspects are intended to show that the elements of the supply chain work together in an integrated way, so that together constitute a whole in business.
