Niniejsza praca licencjacka pt. ,,Wojsko a ludność cywilna w latach Wielkiej Wojny na Limanowszczyźnie” powstała z okazji zbliżającej się 100 rocznicy bitwy na Jabłońcu. Mieszkam w pobliżu tego wzgórza, gdzie rozegrały się sceny bitewne, na miejscu walk urządzono cmentarz wojenny, gdzie rozmawiam z ludźmi, pamiętającymi tamte chwile. Panowie wspominali o przebiegu bitwy i poległych, dużej ilości amunicji, panie wspominały o stosunkach mieszkańców Limanowszczyzny z wojskowymi tu walczącymi. Luką w naszej świadomości lokalnej jest relacja pomiędzy wojskiem a ludnością cywilną w czasie Wielkiej Wojny i stąd mój pomysł na napisanie tej pracy pod takim tytułem, w której to, w poszczególnych rozdziałach opisałem relacje pomiędzy wojskiem a ludnością cywilną. W pierwszym rozdziale zamieściłem krótką wzmiankę o Galicji sprzed roku 1914, zarysowałem położenie Limanowszczyzny, specyfikę regionu. W kolejnym rozdziale opisałem stosunek władz wojskowych do cywilów w planach wojskowych. W następnym rozdziale zawarłem nastroje i reakcję ludności przed zbliżającym się frontem na terenie Limanowszczyzny. W czwartym rozdziale umieściłem krótki opis Operacji Łapanowsko – Limanowskiej z 1914 r. Piąty rozdział dotyczy wpływu przesuwania się frontu na sytuację ludności zamieszkującej obszary objęte walkami. W szóstym rozdziale swej pracy ująłem pochówek żołnierzy po zakończonej walce. Rozdział siódmy - ,,Humorystyczne incydenty” ma obrazować, że w czasie wojny są nie tylko okrucieństwa, ale i komediowe sytuacje. Ósmy rozdział pt. ,,Kościół a wojna” jest to próba wytłumaczenia ludziom wierzącym sensu wojny poza celami politycznymi. W ostatnim rozdziale przedstawiłem sytuację po przejściu frontów w grudniu 1914 do 31 października 1918 r., w którym to dniu załomotały polskie fagi na urzędach. Epilog ma uzmysłowić, iż wojna w Europie jest tematem dyskusyjnym i nadal aktualnym.
,,The military and the civilian population in the years of the Great War on Limanowszczyźnie "was established on the occasion of the upcoming 100th anniversary of the Battle of Jablonec. Gap in our consciousness is the relationship between the local military and civilian population during the Great War and hence my idea to write this work under this title. In which the individual chapters I made the relationship between the military and civilians. I posted the first chapter a brief change of Galicia before 1914, zrysowałem Limanowszczyzny position, the specificity of the region. In the next chapter I posted Administration I made the ratio of military to civilian authorities in the military plans. In the next chapter I made the mood of the population response from the approaching front Limanowszczyzny grounds. In the fourth chapter, I made a short description of Operations Łapanowsko - Limanowa from 1914. The fifth chapter deals with the impact of moving to the front on the situation of people living in the areas covered by the fighting. In the sixth chapter of his work I took the burial of soldiers after the battle ended. Chapter Seven -,, humorous incidents "is to illustrate that the war are not only of cruelty but also comedic situations. The eighth chapter Fri. ,, The Church and the War "is an attempt to explain the meaning of the faithful people outside the political goals of the war. In the last chapter I have made the situation after the passage of fronts in December 1914 to 31 October 1918. On which date załomotały Polish phages for offices.
