Funkcjonowanie małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw w mieście Nowy Sącz

Abstract

Zadaniem mojej pracy było przedstawienie funkcjonowania małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw w regionie. Wyniki badań pokazują rozwój przedsiębiorstw z sektora MŚP. Wyraźnie zaobserwować można przenikanie się przedsiębiorczości i innowacyjności. Globalnie rośnie znaczenie małych firm. Rozwój nowych technologii i produktów , a także obecność coraz bardziej świadomego, potrzebującego konsumenta powodują, że tradycyjne bariery małych firm związane są z zasięgiem, jakością produktów oraz skalą działania, gdy porównujemy je do dużych firm. Ale małe przedsiębiorstwa zyskują nowe przewagi, których do tej pory nie miały. Małe i średnie przedsiębiorstwa mają szansę na rozwój , pod warunkiem że włączą się w sieć instytucji publicznych. To czego małe podmioty nie mogą szybko pozyskać, to wiedza, którą większe podmioty się otaczają w postaci codziennego dostępu do znacznie większej liczby pracowników o zróżnicowanych kwalifikacjach i kompetencjach. Dla małych i średnich firm pozyskanie użytecznej wiedzy to proces kosztowny i pracochłonny.

The aim of my work was to present the workings of small and medium corporations in my region. The results of the research show the development of corporations from the sector of SMC. What is clearly noticed is the diffusion of entrepreneurship and innovation. The meaning of small corporations is growing globally. The development of new technologies and products, as well as the presence of more and more aware and needy consumers, cause the fact that traditional barriers of small corporations are connected with reach, quality of products and scale of workings when comparing them to big companies. However, small corporations are now gaining new upper hands which they have not had so far. Small and medium corporations have a chance of development on condition that they will incorporate into the chain of public institutions. The knowledge of everyday access to a bigger number of workers with differential qualifications and competence, which bigger entities are surrounded by, is the thing that small entities cannot gain so fast. For small and medium corporations obtaining this useful knowledge is a very expensive and labour-consuming process.
