Wybrane aspekty funkcjonowania jednostek wojskowych Sił Zbrojnych RP

Abstract

Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy jest opisanie kwestii logistycznych i administracyjnych w Wojsku Polskim. Praca składa się z czterech rozdziałów, w których przedstawiłem podstawowe pojęcia logistyczne w raz z jej historią, sposoby zaopatrywania wojska w czasie pokoju w podstawowe dla żołnierzy przedmioty „codziennego” użytku. W kwestii administracyjno – finansowej przedstawiłem rodzaje zamówień publicznych, wraz z przykładami, a także formy i rodzaje wynagradzania żołnierzy za ich służbę. W formie tabel i wykresów pokazałem ile Ministerstwo Obrony Narodowej wydaje rocznie pieniędzy z budżetu i na co są one głównie przeznaczane. Praca w swoim założeniu ma przybliżyć osobie cywilnej służbę żołnierza dla swojego kraju. Pokazać, że nie jest ona zwykłą pracą, a raczej codzienną służbą. Przybliżając płace pokazałem, żołnierze zwłaszcza dla niżsi stopniem, których w wojsku jest najwięcej wcale nie są wynagradzani tak sowicie jakby się mogło wydawać, a wręcz przeciwnie zarabiają mniej niż średnia krajowa nie mając żadnej gwarancji, że na swoim stanowisku dotrwają do emerytury.

The subject of this paper is to describe the logistical and administrative issues in the Polish Army. The work consists of four chapters, in which I introduced the basic concepts of logistics in the time of its history, ways of supplying the army in time of peace in the basic items for the soldiers 'everyday' use. In terms of administration - the financial presented types of public contracts, together with examples, as well as forms and types of rewarding soldiers for their service. In the form of tables and graphs showed how the Ministry of Defence spends money from the budget and what they are mainly allocated. Jobs in concept aims to give a person a civil service of a soldier for his country. Show that it is not a simple job, but rather a daily service. Bringing wages showed the soldiers especially for the other ranks, which in the military is the most are not paid as handsomely as it might seem, on the contrary, they earn less than the national average does not have any guarantee that his post endure for retirement.
