dc.description.abstract	Tematem pracy jest terroryzm analizowany pod kątem zarządzania bezpieczeństwem międzynarodowym. Celem badań było ustalenie czy w państwach zagrożonych lub dotkniętych terroryzmem istnieje możliwość zminimalizowania zagrożenia. W tym celu przeanalizowano poszczególne ugrupowania terrorystyczne oraz organizacje międzynarodowe. Pomimo dużych możliwości jakie daje nam dynamiczny rozwój technologii, zjawisko terroryzmu nie jest możliwe do wyeliminowania. Jednak w niektórych sytuacjach można je znacznie ograniczyć.	pl
dc.description.abstract	The main subject of the thesis is terrorism analysed in terms of international security management. The objective of the research was to determine whether a phenomenon of terrorism can be minimised. Various terrorist groups and international organizations were studied. Despite opportunities provided by a rapid development of technology, the phenomenon of terrorism is not possible to be eliminated. However, in some situations, it can be significantly reduced.	pl
