Pozycja Stanów Zjednoczonych Ameryki Północnej w globalnym układzie sił

Abstract

Niniejsza praca została poświęcona pozycji Stanów Zjednoczonych Ameryki Północnej w globalnym układzie sił przy uwzględnieniu grupy różnego rodzaju czynników. Pierwszym celem opracowania jest podkreślenie obecnej mocarstwowej rangi USA z odwołaniem się do historii tego państwa. Drugi cel natomiast, to zwrócenie uwagi na nowy status Stanów Zjednoczonych jaki w obliczu zarówno grupy zagrożeń wewnętrznych, jak i zewnętrznych państwo to przyjęło w ostatnim czasie. Praca powstała w oparciu o naukowy dorobek zarówno polskich, jak i zagranicznych autorów, liczne opracowania z zasobów internetowych oraz o najbardziej aktualne dane statystyczne. Szeroka analiza owych źródeł pozwoliła na stworzenie definicji, która w najbliższym czasie, ale także już obecnie określa pozycję tego państwa na arenie międzynarodowej. Mianowicie, USA wciąż będzie wyznaczało światowe trendy, jednakże w obliczu nowo powstających potęg, państwo to będzie zmuszone respektować zdania innych graczy na globalnej scenie. Wbrew wielu prognozom w najbliższym czasie nie dojdzie do marginalizacji Stanów Zjednoczonych. Państwo to wciąż pozostanie liderem, choć owa dominacja zostanie w wyniku różnych czynników ograniczona pod niektórymi względami.

This thesis has been devoted to the position of the United States of America in the global balance of power, taking into account group of different factors. The first objective of the study is to highlight the current superpower rank of the USA with reference to the history of this state. The second objective is to draw attention to the new status of the United States that this state has adopted in recent times in the face of internal and external threats. Thesis is based on the scientific achievements of both Polish and foreign authors, numerous studies of Internet resources and of the most recent statistical data. Extensive analysis of these sources enabled the creation of a definition that in the near future, but also already determines the position of the state on the international stage. Namely, the U.S. will still set global trends, but in the face of emerging powers, the state will be forced to respect the opinion of other players on the global stage. Contrary to many predictions in the near future there will be no marginalization of the United States. This state will still remain the leader, but in some extent its dominance in a numerous aspects will be limited.
