Organizacja i zarządzanie w Straży Ochrony Kolei

Abstract

Tematem niniejszej pracy są problemy funkcjonowania i kierowania organizacją poprzez poznanie jej otoczenia. Tysiące organizacji podczas wykonywania codziennych zadań stają wobec nie kończących się wyzwań, które wymagają profesjonalnego i odpowiedzialnego zarządzania. Nie zdając sobie sprawy ze złożoności tego zagadnienia i wzajemnych oddziaływań poszczególnych jego aspektów. Podjęcie tematu dotyczącego zarządzania i organizacji Straży Ochrony Kolei uzasadniam ciągłym rozwojem tej organizacji. Powinniśmy poznawać otoczenie organizacji i wpływ na ich rozwój. Bardzo ważne jest to, aby na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań wysnuwać wnioski i zmieniać organizację. Celem tej pracy jest wypracowanie odpowiedniej organizacji pracy i zarządzania organizacją. W części I przedstawię praktykę organizacji i zarządzania oraz ich ewolucję. W szczególnym wymiarze opisana będzie teoria struktury organizacyjnej oraz otoczenia organizacji. W teoretycznej części określę niezbędne definicje, na których później zbudowane będzie praktyczne rozwiązanie problemu. W części II poddam szczegółowemu rozważaniu bieżące rozwiązania, mające wpływ na zarządzanie w Straży Ochrony Kolei. Przedstawiona zostanie współpraca z innymi jednostkami wspierającymi główne zadania mające wypracować wspólne cele. W pracy wykorzystano literaturę przedmiotu, przywołano podstawy prawne oraz dane empiryczne zebrane w oparciu o dokumenty i obserwację włączoną w badanej organizacji.

The thesis presents the problems of functioning and leading the organization by familiarizing with its environment. Thousands of organizations in the performance of daily tasks face the endless challenges that require a professional and responsible management. Not realizing the complexity of this issue and the interactions of its individual aspects. In the thesis I have decided to present the management and organization of the Railway Security Guard as it develops and changes continuously. We should explore the organizations’ environment and its impact on their development. It is very important that these studies will lead to conclusions and will have impact of the organization change. The aim of this work is to develop an appropriate work within organization and its management. Part I of the thesis consists the description of current organization and its management as well as its evolution. In particular, there is a description of a theory of organizational structure and environment of the organization. In the theoretical part I determine the necessary definitions on which a practical solution of the problem is built. Part II I will focus on the current solutions that affect the management of the Railway Security Guard. This chapter will contain a description of a cooperation with other units supporting the main tasks designed to develop common goals. The study was based on the literature, the legal aspects have been mentioned as well as the research conducted within the organization.
