Analiza zagrożeń zdrowotnych nauczyciela w Zespole Szkół Podstawowej i Gimnazjum w miejscowości Y

Abstract

Tematem tej pracy jest analiza oraz ocena wszelkich źródeł zagrożeń nauczyciela, które mają wpływ na jego kondycję zdrowotną. Temat ten dotyczy kadry pedagogicznej zatrudnionej w wybranym przeze mnie Zespole Szkół Podstawowej i Gimnazjum w miejscowości Y. Badania polegały na przeprowadzeniu anonimowej ankiety wśród nauczycieli uczących w wybranej placówce oraz szczegółowej analizie dokumentów uzyskanych w szkole. W badaniu udział wzięli wszyscy nauczyciele, zebrani na jednej z Rad Pedagogicznych. Ankieta ta, skonstruowana została tak, aby zoptymalizować ilość uzyskiwanych informacji związanych z obciążeniami w pracy nauczyciela. Analiza wyników ankiety oraz pozyskanej dokumentacji wykazały, iż najbardziej odczuwalnym obciążeniem po dniu w pracy jest obciążenie psychiczne. Ponadto z poszczególnych obciążeń ogromnym dla tej grupy nauczycieli są obciążenia: narządów mowy, słuchu, a także układu mięśniowo – szkieletowego. Jeśli chodzi o źródła stresu, poważnym problemem wśród badanych są: przeciążenie pracą, odpowiedzialność za bezpieczeństwo uczniów, niepewność zatrudniania czy brak wsparcia ze strony rodziców uczniów. Inną uciążliwością, na która uwagę zwrócili nauczyciele jest sporządzanie zbyt dużej ilości dokumentacji przez co muszą poświęcić ogrom czasu po pracy by podołać zadaniom. Przeprowadzone badanie, uzyskane informacje i analiza prowadzą do wniosków, iż zawód nauczyciela niesie za sobą szereg zagrożeń, choroby zawodowe, wynikających z ciągłego przeciążenia pracą, stresem i presją odpowiedzialności.

The aim of this paper is analysis and evaluation all sources of dangers in teaching children at school that influences the conditions of teacher's health. In particular, this subject refers to teaching staff employed in Primary and Secondary School Unit which I have chosen. The research was based on taking anonymous survey among teachers working in each school unit and detailed analysis of documents gained at school. The survey was taken by teachers who took part in board of teachers that day. This questionnaire form was constructed in order to optimize the amount of obtained information associated with risks at the work of the teacher. The analysis of the survey presents mental strain to be the most common and perceptible harm in teaching. What is also dangerous for teacher's health is a disease of speech organs, the hearing disorder and overloading of skeletal muscles. Regarding the sources of the stress, the respondents emphasized the following problems: an overload with work, the responsibility for the safety of pupils, the uncertainty of employment or the lack of support from parents of the pupils. Yet another inconvenience in teaching is a lot of paperwork which force teachers to devote plenty of their private time after the work in order to cope with given tasks. The survey and the obtained information and its analysis helped to draw the conclusions that the teaching profession brings the sequence of threats and occupational diseases resulting from the constant overload with the work, the stress and the pressure of the responsibility.
