Wykorzystanie analizy finansowej w celu zdiagnozowania sytuacji ekonomicznej jednostki gospodarczej na przykładzie firmy "ALFA"

Abstract

W wyniku nasilającej się konkurencji na rynku współczesne przedsiębiorstwa stale poszukują nowych formuł i możliwości, prowadzących do wyższej efektywności działania. Możliwości takie stwarza prawidłowo przeprowadzona analiza finansowa, gdyż płaszczyzna finansowa scala wszystkie zjawiska i procesy zachodzące w firmie. Niniejsza praca zawiera podstawowe rozwiązania zarówno w teorii jak i w praktyce dotyczące przeprowadzania analizy finansowej. Głównym jej celem jest ukazanie możliwości wykorzystania analizy finansowej w celu zdiagnozowania sytuacji ekonomicznej jednostki gospodarczej na wybranym podmiocie tj. firmie „ALFA” spółka jawna. Tematem pracy jest zatem analiza finansowa firmy, jej zastosowanie do oceny efektywności gospodarczej podmiotu, stworzenia strategii działania i wykorzystania wyników analizy dla celu rozwoju firmy. Na podstawie przeprowadzonej analizy można stwierdzić, iż jej wynikiem jest wykrycie obszarów w działalności firmy, w których występują niekorzystne zjawiska i tendencje. Dotyczy to obszaru rentowności oraz niektórych aspektów sprawności działania. W obszarze płynności finansowej stwierdzono nadpłynność (w przypadku wskaźnika bieżącej płynności) sugerującą niepełne wykorzystanie majątku obrotowego dla zwiększenia przychodów i zysków firmy. W związku z powyższym mogą to być sygnały ostrzegawcze dla firmy, iż te obszary wymagają szczególnej uwagi.

As the result of intensification of rivalry in the market, the modern companies are constantly seeking some new formulas and possibilities which may lead to better efficiency of action. Correctly conducted financial analysis creates these possibilities because financial aspect unites all the phenomena and processes that may occur in the company. The dissertation contains the basic solutions connected with conducting financial analysis that may occur both in the theory and in the practice. The main aim of the dissertation is to show the possibilities of using financial analysis in order to evaluate the economic situation of an entity on the example of the company “ALPHA” that is general partnership. The subject of this dissertation is financial analysis of the presented company, the use of financial analysis to assess the economic efficiency of this company, the creation of the strategy of action and the use of the outcome of analysis for a better development of the company. On the basis of the conducted analysis, it can be stated that its result is detecting the areas in the company’s activity in which adverse phenomena and tendencies appear. This situation concerns the area of profit margin and some aspects of efficiency of action. In the area of liquidity, the process of the over-liquidity has been observed (in case of current ratio) and it may suggest that current assets of the company is not used fully and satisfactorily to increase the revenue and the profits of this company. Therefore, it ought to be considered by the company that these areas may require special attention.
