Ocena atrakcyjności infrastruktury uzdrowiskowej w miejscowości Krynica Zdrój w sezonie zimowym

Abstract

Autorka podjęła się zbadania opinii turystów na temat oceny atrakcyjności infrastruktury uzdrowiskowej w Krynicy Zdrój w okresie zimowym w celu możliwości postawienia autentycznej oceny na wyżej podany temat. Badania zostały przeprowadzone przez autorkę w samym uzdrowisku w lutym bieżącego roku. Za narzędzie badawcze posłużył kwestionariusz ankiety. Respondentami byli przypadkowi turyści proszeni o wypełnieni ankiety. Wyniki badań świadczą o tym, iż atrakcyjność infrastruktury uzdrowiskowej jest bardzo dobrze oceniana. Z pozostałych pytań można dodatkowo wywnioskować, że głównym celem przyjazdu turystów jest pobyt w sanatorium. Kolejno po nim znajduje się turystyka aktywna oraz wypoczynek. Odwiedzających do przyjazdu najbardziej zachęcają walory miejscowości uzdrowiskowej takie jak czyste powietrze, górskie położenie oraz występowanie wód mineralnych. Dobra ocena oraz ciągłe zainteresowanie turystów i kuracjuszy „perłą uzdrowisk polskich” wskazuje na ciągłą potrzebę dbania tak jak dotychczas o uzdrowisko, inwestowania w sanatoria, infrastrukturę, po to, by nie straciło ono swojej świetności i mogło służyć kuracjuszom jeszcze przez długi czas.

The author has made an attempt to investigate public opinion on the assessment of the spa infrastructure attraction in Krynica-Zdroj in winter time with the aim of obtaining the actual assessment of the above named subject. The research was conducted by the author in the spa in February the year 2011. The author used a survey by questionnaire as the main tool. The respondents were on a random basis tourists asked to fill in the questionnaire. The end result of the survey shows clearly that the spa infrastructure attraction has been appraised highly. For many tourists the main purposes of visiting the spa are the stay in sanatorium as such, active tourism and leisure in order respectively. In addition to this, the fresh air, the mountain situation and the mineral water are the most appealing values in the spa for visitors. Therefore, the high assessment as well as the continuous tourists and patients interest in “the pearl of Poland’s spa” indicate that there is a constant need for looking after its infrastructure and investing in its development as it should not lose even a bit of its present greatness and would serve the patients further for a long time.
