Abstract

Praca opisuje ścieżkę, którą musi przebyć przedsiębiorstwo, aby uzyskać certyfikat ISO. Zawiera opis przedsiębiorstwie Sauer-Danfoss wraz z jego historią oraz kulturą organizacji. Opisuje podstawowe pojęcia i wymogi norm ISO 9000, 14000. Przedstawia teoretycznie różne koncepcje zarządzania między innymi: TPM, LEAN, Six Sigma oraz ich praktyczne zastosowanie w analizowanej firmie. W pracy zamieszczono oraz zdefiniowano wymierne wyniki, jakie przedsiębiorstwo uzyskało dzięki zastosowaniu wyżej wymienionych metod, włącznie z kosztami z nimi związanymi. Praca przedstawia ścieżkę, jaką musiało przebyć przedsiębiorstwo Sauer-Danfoss od początku jego utworzenia aż po uzyskanie certyfikatów. Zawiera diagnozę stanu przedsiębiorstwa w fazie przygotowania do wdrożenia normy oraz wymagań, jakie musiało ona spełnić by uzyskać certyfikaty. W pracy zobrazowano korzyści, jakie wynikły bezpośrednio z wdrożenia norm ISO 9000, 14000 w przedsiębiorstwie Sauer-Danfoss.

This thesis describes how Sauer-Danfloss set about achieving its ISO certificates. As well as describing the company, its history and its organization levels, it also describes basic notions and procedural requirements for the achievement of the ISO 9000, and 14000 standards. Various management concepts such as, TPM, LEAN, Sigma Six, and their economic applications in the analyzed firm, are presented. The measurable results that the company has achieved through the implementation of these methods are defined, as are the related costs. Also described, is the life of Sauer-Danfoss: from the creation of the company through to the achievement of its ISO certificates.A diagnosis of the state of the company during its preparations for implementing the ISO norms is provided. Also, the demands that it had to deal with in order to achieve the certificates are described. The direct benefits which have resulted from implementing the ISO 9000, and ISO 1400 norms into Sauer-Danfoss are also outlined.
