Bezrobocie a wykorzystanie funduszów społecznych. Przypadek powiatu nowotarskiego

Abstract

Bezrobocie stanowi jeden z najtrudniejszych problemów społeczno – gospodarczych współczesnego świata i od dawna budzi ogromne zainteresowanie nie tylko wśród ekonomistów, ale także socjologów czy psychologów. Celem niniejszej pracy jest analiza zjawiska bezrobocia a wykorzystanie środków z Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego oraz jego efektów w urzędzie pracy na przykładzie Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy w Nowym Targu. Rozdział pierwszy opisuje pojęcie i metody analizy zjawiska bezrobocia. Przedstawiono tutaj definicje bezrobocia jego rodzaje, przyczyny, metody pomiaru, skutki oraz występujące tendencje na polskim rynku pracy. W kolejnym rozdziale omówiono poziom i strukturę bezrobocia. Informacje dotyczące aktywnych oraz pasywnych form przeciwdziałania bezrobociu opisuje rozdział trzeci. W rozdziale ostatnim omówiony został Europejski Fundusz Społeczny oraz wykorzystanie środków w projekcie Aktywność i praca. Na podstawie analizy zebranych informacji sformułowano tutaj wnioski dotyczące działalności omawianego urzędu w zakresie przeciwdziałania bezrobociu finansowanego ze środków EFS.

Unemployment is one of the most difficult social and economic problems of the contemporary world and has aroused much interest not only among the economists but also among sociologists and psychologists. The aim of this project is to analyze the phenomenon of unemployment and the use of The European Social Fund resources as well as its results in a labor office based on the case of County Labour Office in Nowy Targ. Chapter one describes the term and methods of analysis of the unemployment phenomenon. The definition of unemployment, its types, causes and results as well as methods of rating and the tendencies within Polish job market are presented here. The following chapter focuses on the level and the structure of unemployment. Chapter three presents the active and passive ways of unemployment prevention. The last chapter treats about the European Social Fund and the use of its recourses in the project called „Initiative and work‟. On the basis of the gathered information the conclusions about the activity of the mentioned labour office were made within the scope of preventing unemployment using ESF resources.
