Główną własnością dobrze zaprojektowanego i sprawnie funkcjonującego systemu jest ciągłe doskonalenie wszystkich procesów, wyrobów i usług oferowanych przez przedsiębiorstwo. Wdrożenie systemu w spółce Felxergis przyniosło korzyści zarówno zewnętrzne, związane ze wzmocnieniem wizerunku firmy i większą rozpoznawalnością, jak i wewnętrzne, poprzez jasne określenie uprawnień, odpowiedzialności i kompetencji pracowników oraz ujednolicenie działań w spółce.Quality Management System supports the management of the company. This thesis presents the operation of the Quality Management System of the Flexergis company and the benefits of its implementation. The main property of a well-designed and well-functioning system is permanent improvement of all processes, products and services offered by the company.
