Celem pracy było stworzenie struktury systemu motywacji w firmie „Profil”. Zastosowano obserwacje, wywiad i ankietę jako metody badawcze. Wprowadzony system motywacji poprawił efektywność pracy w badanej firmie oraz zwiększył zaangażowanie i chęć odnoszenia sukcesów, poprzez realizację wspólnych celów.In this thesis motivation, based on shaping motivation in company, was described. The purpose of this work was to create the structure of motivation system in "Profil" company. The observation, interwiev and questionnaire were used as investigation methods. The system that was introduced improved the workers effectiveness in that company.
