Reśko, DariuszForenda, Anna2014-02-222014-02-222011-10-02http://hdl.handle.net/11199/6135Podstawowym celem pracy było poddanie analizie i ocenie działań Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy w powiecie nowosądeckim w celu zmniejszania bezrobocia w oparciu o przeprowadzone badania, wraz z wyjaśnieniem terminów pokrewnych temu zjawisku, czyli bezrobocie, bezrobotny oraz rynek pracy. Badanie empiryczne prowadzone były na terenie powiatu nowosądeckiego od lipca do sierpnia 2011. Na pytania zawarte w kwestionariuszu ankiet odpowiedziało 50 osób (wszyscy respondenci byli osobami pełnoletnimi). Pytania dotyczyły bezpośrednio zjawiska bezrobocia, sytuacji osób bezrobotnych na rynku pracy, metod poszukiwania pracy. Oprócz analizowania danych zawartych w kwestionariuszu ankiet, omawiane były również dane Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego oraz informacje z PUP w Nowym Sączu. Zaprezentowano wyniki badań, z których wynika, że mieszkańcy powiatu nowosądeckiego są słabo zorientowani w ofertach PUP, które są im oferowane. Ponadto respondenci są na ogół niezadowoleni z pracy PUP, pomimo różnorodności proponowanych ofert pracy. Najpopularniejszą formą zatrudnienia jest umowa o pracę na czas nieokreślony, natomiast najmniej popularną formą zatrudnienia jest umowa o dzieło. Wśród ankietowanych najczęściej wymienianą metodą znalezienia pracy była odpowiedź „po znajomości”. Dzięki doskonalej lokalizacji powiatu nowosądeckiego wielu inwestorów decyduje się na otwarcie nowych fabryk w tym rejonie, co z kolei zmniejsza poziom bezrobocia w powiecie.The primary objective of this study was to analyze and evaluate the activities of the PUP in the district of Nowy Sącz in order to reduce unemployment, based on research carried out, along with an explanation of terms related to this phenomenon, namely unemployment, the unemployed and the labor market. Empirical study were conducted in the district of Nowy Sącz from July to August 2011. On the questionnaire survey answered 50 people (all respondents were adults). Questions were directly related to the phenomenon of unemployment, the situation of the unemployed into the labor market and job search methods. In addition to analyzing the data contained in the questionnaires surveys, were analyzed the data of GUS and the information from the PUO in Nowy Sącz. The results of studies showed that the inhabitants of the district nowosądecki are poorly informed in the offerings PUP. In addition, respondents are generally dissatisfied with their work PUP, despite the diversity of the proposed job. The most common form of employment is a contract of indefinite duration, while the least popular form of employment is contract work. Among the respondents most often mentioned as a method of finding a job was to answer "thanks of friends".
