Metodami badawczymi były wywiad bezpośredni częściowo ustrukturyzowany, obserwacja uczestnicząca oraz analiza dokumentacji. W wyniku badania stwierdzono, że w zarządzaniu projektem zrealizowano główne kryteria ewaluacji publicznej, tj. osiągnięto skuteczność w realizacji celów, efektywność wykorzystania zasobów, trwałość rezultatów, trafność doboru instrumentów do społecznego problemu oraz użyteczność z perspektywy korzyści odniesionych przez beneficjentów.The aim of the thesis is to present the essence of the European Union Project Management being part of the activity of the local self-government as well as the analysis and evaluation of managing the project “Children of the Future” by the Administrative Area Office of Lososina Dolna. Research methods included direct, semi-structured interviews, participant observation and documentation analysis.
