The information support is believed to limit uncertainty in decision making situations through better understanding their context. An answer to the needs of contemporary organizations, and at the same time an area of necessary scientific enquiry is information support of their strategic management, and the concept of early recognition. In the following article, the concept of an early recognition system has been presented in its important three research aspects : functional, processual, and structural.
