Specifically, it looks at the role of social politics which is regulated by strategic documents that guide the resolution process of social problems. The authors give an example of such a strategic document using a specific community. The article speaks of both the stages of creating such a document, as well as the vision of development of within the context of social issues. Crucial, from this point of view, is the complete characteristic of the strategic direction of the interventions taken by the local authorities as well as the validity of their choices. In concern with the efficiency of realization of such a document the system of monitoring as well as implementing are also discussed.
