Enterprises, as economic entities, in addition to physical, financial and information resources, have teams of men, which are their biggest strength. Only those of them survive whose resources are based on intellectual assets. The transformations also apply to the organizations themselves, including changing their character, structures and way of human capital management. Furthermore, the role and function of the employee is being reconstructed. This publication presents the results of the empirical research of the author, which constitutes an introduction to the proper and scheduled research process. The aim of the study was to collect information about training services market, entities forming it, the models of these companies, as well as to identify the human capital, which it creates.
