Z restrukturyzacją firmy związana jest istotna zmiana jej strategii oraz systemowa przebudowa organizacji i zasad funkcjonowania, które winny zapewnić mu przewagę konkurencyjną na rynku, a przede wszystkim stały, kontrolowany rozwój. W mojej pracy starałem się udowodnić, że wykorzystanie koncepcji 5S w doskonaleniu organizacji produkcji w firmie Fakro przyniosło oczekiwane rezultaty. Na początku tej pracy opisałem różne metody doskonalenia organizacji przedsiębiorstw. Bardzo szczegółowo opisałem metodykę, przygotowanie, wdrożenie i realizację metody 5S. Scharakteryzowałem firmę Fakro ze w szczególnym wykorzystaniem w niej koncepcji 5S. Od początku wprowadzenia tej metody w Fakro biorę w niej czynny udział jako audytor. Dokładnie pamiętam wygląd przedsiębiorstwa przed wprowadzeniem metody, codziennie widzę stan obecny. W pracy przedstawiam to na zdjęciach, które obrazują stan „przed” i „po” wprowadzeniu koncepcji 5S. Zamieszczam przeprowadzoną wśród pracowników Fakro ankietę, dotyczącą reakcji pracowników na nowo wprowadzony system 5S oraz ich opinię o wpływie tego systemu na poprawę bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy. Na podstawie ankiet, własnej obserwacji oraz widocznemu rozwojowi firmy stwierdzam, że koncepcja ta sprawdziła się w firmie Fakro. Dała pożądane, pozytywne efekty w zakresie: wizerunku firmy – czyniąc ją nowocześniejszą, spełniającą najwyższe wymagania swoich klientów, podniosła bezpieczeństwo i higienę pracy, pozwoliła na szybszy rozwój firmy.Fakro, as other enterprises, must be subject to overhaul. The overhaul of a company is connected with an essential change of its strategy and a systemic reconstruction of organization and functioning rules that should assure the company competitive advantage in the market, and most of all, stable controlled development. In my work I tried to prove that the use of 5S conception in improving the production organization in Fakro company had brought expected results. At the beginning of this work I described different methods of improving enterprises organization. I described the methodology, preparation, implementation and realization of 5S method in details. I characterized Fakro company with a particular use of 5S conception in it. I have been actively involved as an auditor since the beginning of introducing this method in Fakro. I can precisely remember what the company looked like before introducing the method, every day I can see the present state. In this work I document it in the pictures which depict the state “before” and “after” introducing 5S conception. I attach a survey, that was conducted among Fakro workers, concerning the workers' reaction to the newly-introduced 5S system and their opinion on the system influence on safety and working hygiene improvement. On the basis of the survey, self observation, and the company's apparent development, I confirm that the conception has succeeded in Fakro company. It has given desired, positive effects within the scope of the corporate image – making it more modern, satisfying the highest requirements of its clients.
