The author concentrates on showing practical examples and presents cases of successful implementation of change management in a company. It focuses on major drawbacks and pitfalls of implementation of change, explaining what should be avoided, when dealing in an environment that is resistant to change, how we should plan our activities and what is the price paid for the mistakes. The author proves that change management is a very good tool for increasing the pace of adaptation to particular circumstances, as well as limiting the amount of harm that inadequate management procedures can do.
