Zaprezentowanie tego zjawiska było możliwe dzięki wykorzystaniu fachowej literatury dotyczącej samorządów terytorialnych oraz funduszy europejskich, jak i danych liczbowych i statystycznych pochodzących z urzędu gminy Grybów. Celem poniższej pracy było ukazanie jak efektywnie stosować i zarządzać funduszami unijnymi w strategii rozwojowej i inwestycyjnej badanej jednostki samorządu terytorialnego, jak również ocena systemu zarządzania inwestycjami samorządowymi w gminie Grybów. W oparciu o literaturę i dane liczbowe, można stwierdzić, że gmina Grybów prowadzi rozbudowaną strategię inwestycyjną i jest w fazie ciągłego rozwoju. Fundusze Unijne w dużym stopniu ułatwiają rozwój gminy i stanowią jeden z głównych środków pomocy finansowej dla gminy. Dobra korelacja strategii zarządzania inwestycjami finansowanymi z funduszy unijnych z celami jakie posiada gmina, pozwala na precyzyjne zaspokajanie potrzeb mieszkańców.This thesis [paper, work] presents the concept of EU funds management by local government units on the example of Grybów commune. The presentation was made possible through the use of professional literature on local governments and EU funds as well as figures and statistics provided by the Grybów Commune Council. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate how to effectively use and manage the EU funds in the development and investment strategy of the researched local government unit. It is also an attempt to evaluate the management of local government investments in Grybów commune. Based on the literature and figures, it can be stated that Grybów commune conducts an extensive investment strategy and is under continuous development. EU funds greatly facilitate the development of the community and constitute a major financial aid to the commune.
