Bliższemu zapoznaniu się z tematem pomogły mi literatura przedmiotu oraz badanie które zostało przeprowadzone na grupie 300 osób, przy pomocy kwestionariusza ankiety, która zawierała 16 pytań. Praca składa się z czterech rozdziałów. Pierwszy dotyczy teoretycznych aspektów motywacji, drugi opisuje wynagrodzenie i jego znaczenie w motywowaniu, trzeci przedstawia zakres metodologiczny pracy a czwarty opisuje wyniki przeprowadzonych ankiet. Efektywne motywowanie i prawdziwe zaangażowanie pracowników w sprawy firmy to jedno z najważniejszych wyzwań przed jakimi stoją pracodawcy. Biorąc pod uwagę rozmaitość metod i narzędzi motywacji oraz różny stosunek do tego zawiłego procesu, można wysunąć wniosek, że skuteczna motywacja nabiera coraz większego znaczenia w okresie przemian społecznych i gospodarczych na polskim rynku pracy.The subject of this thesis is the issue of motivation for working of employees of clothing stores within the area of Nowy Sącz poviat. The literature on this subject and a survey conducted with a group of 300 people in the form of a questionnaire with 16 questions helped me to find more information on the aforementioned subject.. This thesis consists of four chapters. The first one refers to theoretical aspects of motivation, the second one describes remuneration and the meaning thereof for motivation, the third one presents the methodological scope of this thesis and the fourth one describes the results of conducted surveys. Efficient motivation and real commitment of employees to the affairs of a company is one of the most important challenges faced by employers.
