In addition, the author presented in the form of tabulation the changes that are taking place in the modern world and have an impact on the functioning of the organization. The author defined a new category of a worker, which appears in the organization – an external knowledge worker along with its characteristics. The basic research methods used in the work are: literature studies, empirical analysis using secondary research and own empirical research conducted for the scheduled process research.
