Abstract

Praca licencjacka obejmuje zagadnienia teoretyczne związane z konkurencyjnością przedsiębiorstw na rynku, charakteryzuje dokładnie konkurencję, jej istotę i rodzaje. Zawiera również dokładny opis strategii konkurencyjnych oraz ich zależność od rodzaju przedsiębiorstwa. Celem pracy było ukazanie czynników i warunków wzrostu potencjału konkurencyjnego na podstawie analizy działalności dwóch znaczących firm z sektora papierniczego, a także procesu kształtowania oraz wdrażania strategii rozwoju w tych przedsiębiorstwach.

Bachelor covers theoretical issues related to the competitiveness of enterprises in the market, has exactly the competition, the nature and types. It also contains a detailed description of competitive strategies and their dependence on the type of business. The aim of this study was to show the factors and conditions for the growth of the competitive potential on the basis of the activities of two major companies in the paper industry, as well as the process of formulation and implementation of development strategies in these companies.
