Budżet jako podstawa samodzielnej gospodarki finansowej gminy na przykładzie Gminy Limanowa

Abstract

Praca poświęcona jest zagadnieniom dotyczącym budżetu jako podstawy samodzielnej gospodarki finansowej na przykładzie gminy Limanowa. Została napisana na podstawie literatury jak również danych z wykonania budżetu w latach 2009-2011. Na początku pracy analizie zostały poddane podstawowe pojęcia takie jak: samorząd terytorialny, budżet, dochody oraz wydatki jednostek samorządu gminnego. W wyniku zebranych danych okazało się że gmina Limanowa ma duży potencjał rozwojowy i jest miejscem, w którym mieszka się coraz lepiej.

My master's thesis is devoted to issues concerning the financial budget as a basis for the independent financial economy of the community on the example of the Limanowa community. My master's thesis was written on the basis of the literature and the data from the financial budget of Limanowa community in the years 2009-2011. At the beginning of my master's thesis has been reviewed basic concepts such as: regional and local authorities, financial budget, income and units of local government expenditure of the municipality. As a result of the data collected it turned out that the community has a large potential for development and it is a place in which it is better and better to live.
