Abstract:
Adoption of a new orientation process in an organization means a change
within the social system. Collaborative forms of work organization become
a main feature which distinguishes the new orientation. Teams responsible for
the implementation process are mainly characterized by multidisciplinarity
and a high degree of autonomy. Empowerment as a method of management
in a particular way determines the social system in a process-oriented
organization. Development of horizontal communication now depends more
on the application of information technology in communication and less on
the determination of managers. New roles and positions in the organization
shape the new vision of career employees.
