Analiza pracy kolumny rektyfikacyjnej nr X

Abstract

Rektyfikacja jest operacją polegającą na rozdziale surówki składającej się z dwu składników lotnych, przy wykorzystaniu dyfuzyjnego ruchu masy. Aparaty do tego służące, są w postaci pionowych kolumn z wypełnianiem bądź to z półkami bądź elementami wypełnienia. W pewnej jej wysokości doprowadza się surówkę, która w kotle ulega procesowi parowania a na szczycie kolumny kondensacji. Tak utworzony destylat jest w części zawracany do kolumny a częściowo odbierany. Stosunek ilości destylatu zawracanego i odbieranego określa liczba powrotu R. Z wyparki umieszczonej na dole kolumny odprowadza się ciecz wyczerpaną bogatą w składnik mniej lotny. Ponieważ ta kolumna rektyfikacyjna była budowana w latach siedemdziesiątych i była przeliczona na inny skład surowca.
