Abstract

In the enterprise a logistics is a main tool assisting the smooth functioning. Different climbs about methodological and instrumental character cause, that in literature it is possible to come across a lot of definition of the logistics. In them system approaches are being stressed, efektywnościowe and elements of managing systems and logistic processes. Also a report is considered to goods courses, marketing, development strategy, organizational structures. Described attempts have character complementary, not diversifying the being of the logistics. But irrespective of views, in the economy justified and intentional overcoming the time and space is main setting the logistics. From here the logistics includes two elements. First constitute processes logistic, consisting on physical transferring materials and products and the flow of information associated with them. The second element is providing the management with these processes so that this flow is efficient and economically justified. With purpose of this work jes

Głównym narzędziem wspomagającym sprawne funkcjonowanie w przedsiębiorstwie jest logistyka. Różne podejścia o charakterze metodycznym i instrumentalnym powodują, że w literaturze można spotkać wiele definicji logistyki. Akcentuje się w nich podejścia systemowe, efektywnościowe oraz elementy zarządzania systemami i procesami logistycznymi. Uwzględnia się też relację do przebiegów towarowych, marketingu, strategii rozwoju, struktur organizacyjnych. Przedstawione podejścia mają charakter komplementarny, nie różnicujący istoty logistyki. Jednakże niezależnie od poglądów, głównym zadaniem logistyki w gospodarce jest uzasadnione i celowe przezwyciężenie czasu i przestrzeni. Stąd logistyka obejmuje dwa elementy. Pierwszy stanowią procesy logistyczne, polegające na fizycznym przemieszczaniu materiałów i produktów oraz przepływ związanej z nimi informacji. Drugi element obejmuje zarządzanie tymi procesami, tak aby przepływ ten był sprawny i ekonomicznie uzasadniony. Celem niniejszej pracy jest przedstawienie doskonalenia systemu logistycznego na przykładzie Miejskiego Przedsiębiorstwa Komunikacyjnego Spółka z o.o. w Tarnowie
