Korelaty osobowości podatności na sugestię

Abstract

Niniejsza praca miała na celu otrzymanie odpowiedzi na postawione pytanie badawcze: Czy istnieją różnice w poziomie cech osobowości pomiędzy osobami podatnymi na sugestię, a osobami nie podatnymi na sugestię. Badania przeprowadzone w ramach niniejszej pracy miały na celu weryfikację postawionych hipotez: H1: Osoby podatne na sugestię cechują się wyższym poziomem Neurotyczności (mierzonej Inwentarzem Osobowości NEO-PI-R); H2: Osoby podatne na sugestię cechuje wyższy poziom Ugodowości (mierzonej Inwentarzem Osobowości NEO-PI-R); H3: Osoby podatne na sugestię cechuje niższy poziom Sumienności (mierzonej Inwentarzem Osobowości NEO-PIR); H4: Osoby podatne na sugestię cechuje niski poziom Ekstrawertyczności (mierzonej Inwentarzem Osobowości NEO-PI-R); H5: Osoby podatne na sugestię cechuje niski poziom Otwartości na doświadczenia (mierzonej Inwentarzem Osobowości NEO-PI-R); H6: Istnieją statystycznie istotne różnice pomiędzy kobietami i mężczyznami, a poziomem podatności na sugestię. Weryfikacji hipotez dokonano na grupie 90 osób w okresie wczesnej dorosłości, w tym 54 kobiet i 36 mężczyzn w wieku od 21 do 26 lat. Badania przeprowadzono przy użyciu dwóch narzędzi psychologicznych: Inwentarza Osobowości NEO–PI–R P.T. Costy i R.R. McCrae i Skali Sugestialności Gudjonssona. Dodatkowo wykorzystano ankietę osobową stworzoną na potrzeby niniejszej pracy. Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników stwierdzono, że osoby podatne na sugestię cechuje niski poziom Ekstrawertyczności. Dodatkowo wyniki potwierdzają hipotezę H6 ukazując istotną statystycznie różnice w podatności na sugestię między mężczyznami, a kobietami, z której to wynika, że mężczyźni są bardziej podatni.

The aim of this thesis was to find the answer to the following question: Are there differences in the level of personality traits exist between suggestible persons and persons not suggestible? The empirical research was conducted to verify basic hypotheses: H1 – The higher level of Neuroticism is characterizing suggestible persons (measured by Personality Inventory NEO-PI-R); H2 - The higher level of Agreeableness is characterizing suggestible persons (measured by Personality Inventory NEO-PI-R); H3 - The lower level of Conscientiousness is characterizing suggestible persons (measured by Personality Inventory NEO-PI-R); H4 - The lower level of Extraversion is characterizing suggestible persons (measured by Personality Inventory NEO-PI-R); H5 – The lower level of Openness to Experience is characterizing suggestible persons (measured by Personality Inventory NEO-PIR); H6 – There are statistically important differences between women and men and the level of suggestibility. Empirical update was verified in a group of 90 peoples – 54 women and 36 men. They were in the aged from 21 to 26 years. The research was conducted by two psychological tools: Personality Inventory NEO-PI-R made by Costa and McCrae and The Gudjonsson Suggestibility Scales. The results of the research proved the following that lower level of Extraversion is characterizing suggestible persons. Further the results confirming the hypothesis H6 that there are statistically difference between women and men and the level of suggestibility.
