W pracy dokonano analizy stanu i perspektyw rozwoju sieci wodociągowej w gminie Chełmiec. Zbadano dokumenty projektowe oraz zapytano o opinie inwestorów i użytkowników wodociągów. Krótkie wywiady przeprowadzono wśród mieszkańców wsi Januszowa, którą w ostatnich latach podłączono do gminnej sieci wodociągowej. Opisano również Małopolski Regionalny Program Operacyjny (MRPO) i jego rolę w rozwoju infrastruktury komunalnej małopolski. Zakończeniem pracy jest ewaluacja efektów projektów infrastrukturalnych w Gminie Chełmiec pod względem użyteczności. Przeprowadzone badania wykazały, że sprawnie funkcjonujący wodociąg przyczynił się do zaspokojenia potrzeb oraz rozwiązania problemów mieszkańców gminy. Wodociąg był oczekującą inwestycją przez mieszkańców w ostatnich latach. Woda dostarczana jest do wszystkich gospodarstw domowych, które podłączyły się do wodociągu. Woda jest oczyszczona i uzdatniona – bezpieczna dla zdrowia mieszkańców i zwierząt. Nie wszyscy jednak podłączyli się do wodociągu i korzystają nadal z własnych studni. Wielu spośród mieszkańców korzysta z wodociągu oraz własnej studni. Wodociąg funkcjonuje prawidłowo a mieszkańcy mogą bezpiecznie z niego korzystać. Mieszkańcy dostrzegają wiele korzyści i oceniają inwestycję budowy wodociągu jako opłacalną.
The paper presents an analysis the state and prospects of the development of water supply in the Chelmiec municipality. Considered design documents and asked for opinions investors and users of water supply. Short interviews conducted among Januszowa villagers that in recent years, are connected to the municipal water supply. It also describes Malopolska Regional Operational Programme (MROP) and its role in the development of Malopolska municipal infrastructure. The end of MA thesis is to evaluate the effects of infrastructure projects in the Chelmiec municipality in terms of usability. Research has shown that a well functioning water supply contributed to meet the needs and solve the problems residents of the municipality. Water supply was pending investment by residents in recent years. Water is delivered to all households who connected to the water supply. The water is cleansed and treated water - safe for the health of people and animals. However, not all hooked up to the mains and still enjoy their own wells. Many of the residents are from the aqueduct and its own well. Water supply is functioning properly and people can safely use it. People see a lot of benefits and assess water supply construction investment as profitable.
