Fundusze inwestycyjne i towarzystwa funduszy inwestycyjnych oraz ich działalność na polskim rynku finansowym w latach 2003-2012

Abstract

W niniejszej pracy postarano się scharakteryzować działalność funduszy inwestycyjnych oraz towarzystw funduszy inwestycyjnych na polskim rynku, a także przeanalizować pod względem ilościowym występowanie tych podmiotów w latach 2003-2012. Postawione w pracy hipotezy przeanalizowane zostały w rozdziale czwartym, na podstawie odpowiednich raportów. Wynika z nich, że z roku na rok na polskim rynku powstaje coraz większa ilość funduszy inwestycyjnych oraz towarzystw funduszy inwestycyjnych. Popularność danego rodzaju funduszu zmienia się wraz z sytuacją makroekonomiczną, gdyż wpływa ona na preferencje klientów dotyczące inwestowania w dane fundusze.

In the thesis the activity of mutual funds and investment funds in the Polish market in the years of 2003-2012 was characterized and analyzed. The analysis deals with a quantitative aspect of the funds activities. The hypothesis posed in the introduction was verified in chapter four. The conclusion of the paper was that from year to year there are more and more investment fund that emerge on the Polish market. The success of a given kind of fund changes along with macro-economic situation, because it affects preferences of clients of what kind of mutual fund to invest.
