Ocena jakości usług hotelarskich na przykładzie hoteli: Czarny Potok Resort & SPA oraz Prezydent Medical SPA & Wellsness

Abstract

Niniejsza praca prezentuje ocenę jakości usług hotelarskich na przykładzie hoteli: Czarny Potok Resort & SPA oraz Prezydent Medical SPA & Wellsness. W pracy został poruszony problem wpływu wyglądu infrastruktury hotelowej, zakresu świadczonych przez hotel usług oraz profesjonalizmu personelu hotelowego na to jak klienci hotelu oceniają jakość świadczenia usługi hotelowej. Jako narzędzie badawcze zastosowano badanie ankietowe, które przeprowadzono na próbie 50 osób korzystających z usług objętych badaniem hoteli w okresie od 1 kwietnia do 15 maja 2013 roku.

This elaboration presents the evaluation of the quality of hotel services for example hotels: Czarny Potok Resort & SPA and the President of the Medical SPA & Wellsness. This composition has been addressed the problem of the impact of the appearance of the hotel infrastructure, the scope of services provided by the hotel and the professionalism of the hotel staff - how customers assess the quality of hotel service hotel. As a research tool was a survey that was conducted on a sample of 50 people who use the hotels surveyed in the period from 1 April to 15 May 2013.
