Do badania użyłam następujących metod: Kwestionariusz stylów działania (KSD) Z. Uchnasta oraz Skale psychologicznej jakości życia (SPJŻ) - wybór i opracowanie Z. Uchnast. Uzyskane wyniki badań potwierdziły pierwszą hipotezę, natomiast druga nie uzyskała jednoznacznego potwierdzenia.
The primary aim of the current study was to investigate: “Whether there is a positive relationship between a person’s style of action and psychological indicators of well-being?” In the research study the following hypotheses were put forward: (H1) There is an interdependence between the person acting style oriented toward the self-protection, and the lower level of well-being feeling; (H2) There is an interdependence between the person acting style oriented toward the cooperetion with others, and a higher level of well being feeling. These hypothesis were tested empiricaly in the research study with the sample of 130 adolescents aged between 16 and 18 years of age. The following psychological instruments have been used in this study: Person’s acting style Questionnaire (KSD) of Z. Uchnast and the Psychological well-being scales (PSJŻ) - chosen and worked out by Z. Uchnast. The emergent findings indicated that only the first hypothesis was positively supported, whereas, contrary to expectations, the second hypothesis was not confirmed.
