Diagnozowanie struktur organizacyjnych na przykładzie „Pensjonatu Wypoczynkowego Jessica” i „Dentamed”- analiza porównawcza

Abstract

W malowniczej nadbałtyckiej miejscowości Władysławowo położony jest Pensjonat Wypoczynkowy Jessica. Pensjonat będzie poddany diagnozie struktury organizacyjnej. Drugą firmą, która będzie poddana diagnozowaniu struktur organizacyjnych jest Dentamed położony w Rzeszowie. Tematem pracy jest ”Diagnozowanie struktur organizacyjnych na przykładzie „Pensjonatu Wypoczynkowego Jessica” i „Dentamed”- analiza porównawcza. Praca składa się z czterech rozdziałów. W pierwszym rozdziale opisana jest charakterystyka struktury organizacyjnej. Cele i funkcje oraz czynniki kształtujące strukturę organizacyjną. Drugi rozdział zawiera metodykę diagnozowania struktur organizacyjnych. Opisana jest istota i cele diagnozy struktury organizacyjnej. Kryteria oceny struktur organizacyjnych. Metodyka badania struktur organizacyjnych zaczerpnięta została z książki Adama Nalepki pt. ”Struktury organizacyjne.” Trzeci rozdział zawiera opis Pensjonatu wypoczynkowego Jessica i Dentamedu. W czwartym rozdziale jest zidentyfikowana i oceniona struktura organizacyjna w Pensjonacie Wypoczynkowym Jessica i Dentamedzie.

The guesthouse Jessica is located in the picturesque town Władysławowo by the Baltic Sea. This boardinghouse will undergo a diagnosis of organisational structure. The topic of the thesis is 'The diagnosis of organisational structures on the example of the guesthouse Jessica' The project consists of four parts. In the first chapter the characteristics of organisational structure, aims and functions as well as factors shaping it are described. The second part includes the methodology of diagnosing the organisational structures. The gist and the aims of the diagnosis are described as well as the criteria of their evaluation. The methodology of organisational structures is taken from the book by Adam Nalepka 'The organisational structures'. The third chapter includes the description of the guesthouse Jessica. In the last part the organisational structure in Jessica is identified and evaluated.
