Proces restrukturyzacji przedsiębiorstwa na przykładzie PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.

Abstract

W pracy scharakteryzowano sytuację rynku kolejowego w Polsce, a w szczególności sytuację przedsiębiorstwa PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. po przeprowadzonej restrukturyzacji organizacyjnej, finansowej, majątkowej i własnościowej. Celem pracy było przedstawienie oraz próba analizy procesu restrukturyzacji w PKP PLK S.A. Głównym narzędziem badań w pracy jest metoda opisu przypadku, model rozwoju firmy N.C. Churchilla i V.L. Lewis oraz diagnoza P.O.S. Rezultatem pracy było określenie fazy rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa PKP PLK S.A. oraz kierunków dalszego rozwoju. Zostały również przedstawione różne sposoby poprawy sytuacji transportu kolejowego Polsce.

The study characterized the rail market situation in Poland, in particular in PKP Polish Railway Lines SA After restructuring, organizational, financial, property and ownership. The aim of this study was to present and attempt to analyze the restructuring of PKP PLK SA. The main research tool in the study is to describe the method, the company's development model NC Churchill and V.L. Lewis and diagnosis P.O.S.
