Wykorzystanie metody SWOT do analizy wiedzy przedsiębiorstwa

Abstract

Celem pracy była analiza umiejętności wykorzystywania wiedzy posiadanej przez wszystkich pracowników pracujących w Przedsiębiorstwie Produkcyjno-Handlowo-Usługowym Kołton bez znaczenia na zajmowane stanowisko. By osiągnąć zamierzony cel, zastosowałam metodę SWOT organizacyjnej wiedzy i na podstawie stawianych pytań wyodrębniłam mocne i słabe strony przedsiębiorstwa oraz szanse i zagrożenia płynące z posiadanej wiedzy w zakresie dystrybucji, produkcji i inne. Wykorzystano literaturę opartą na zarządzaniu wiedzą oraz różnego rodzaju publikacje internetowe związane właśnie z tym trendem. Natomiast analiza SWOT przeze mnie przeprowadzona wykorzystuje informacje z firmy. Podsumowanie zawiera wnioski z analizy oraz rekomendacje dla firmy.

The aim of the Dissertation was to analyze the ability to take advantage of the knowledge of each of the employees working in the Kołton Company- which is production and trade service oriented enterprise regardless of the position they hold. In order to achieve the specified aim, I used the SWOT method organizational knowledge and asked questions in order to identify strengths and weaknesses of the company, as well as opportunities and threats resulting from the knowledge on distribution, production and others. Literature and various Internet publications on knowledge management were used, however, the SWOT analysis I performed by myself was based on the information provided by the company. The summary contains conclusions drawn from the analysis as well as recommendations for the company.
