Wdrożenie systemu zarządzania jakością według wymagań normy PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 na przykładzie Przedsiębiorstwa Produkcji Kruszywa i Usług Geologicznych Kruszgeo S.A.

Abstract

Praca ma charakter empiryczny i przedstawia bariery jakie wystąpiły podczas wdrażania systemu zarządzania jakością według wymagań normy PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 w Przedsiębiorstwie Produkcji Kruszywa i Usług Geologicznych Kruszgeo S.A. W przeprowadzonych badaniach zastosowano metody: wywiadu bezpośredniego, wywiadu za pośrednictwem ankiety oraz analizę dokumentów. Wywiad został przeprowadzony z Pełnomocnikiem Dyrektora do spraw Systemów Jakości, ankietowaniu natomiast poddano pracowników dwóch działów: Zakładu Eksploatacji Kruszywa i Biura Handlowego. Rezultatem badań było potwierdzenie jednej z dwóch postawionych hipotez: „Poszczególne bariery w różnym stopniu wpływają na wdrożenie systemu jakości. Największy wpływ na wdrożenie systemu wywarły następujące bariery: brak przeszkolenia wszystkich pracowników w zakresie wiedzy o systemie zarządzania jakością, brak świadomości pracowników o korzyściach wynikających z wdrożenia systemów jakości, brak właściwego zaangażowania załogi, skupienie się na efektach marketingowych posiadania certyfikatów, kosztem korzystania z systemu jako dobrego narzędzia do zarządzania organizacją”. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań stwierdzono, że Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcji Kruszywa i Usług Geologicznych Kruszgeo S.A. nie było odpowiednio przygotowane do wdrożenia systemu zarządzania jakością ISO 9001. Zabrakło niezbędnych szkoleń odnośnie systemu jakości i spotkań, na których pracownicy poznaliby korzyści płynące z wdrożenia systemu ISO 9001.

The project presents problems and obstacles which appeared when implementing the Quality Management System based on the PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 standard in the ‘KRUSZGEO’ Production and Geological Services Enterprise. Moreover, the project is empirical in nature. The following methods were used in the research: the interview, the questionnaire and the analysis of documents. The interview was conducted with the Quality Systems Director Plenipotentiary while the questionnaire was conducted by questioning the employees of the Aggregate Exploitation Plant and the Sales Office. The research results in the confirmation of one of two hypotheses, namely: “particular obstacles variously affect the implementation of the Quality Management System. However, the biggest impact on the implementation of the system resulted from the lack of the staff training concerning the information about the Quality Management System, the lack of knowledge concerning the advantages arising from the implementation of the system, the lack of commitment of the staff, as well as the focusing only on having the certificate rather than on using the system as a good tool in the management of the enterprise.” As a result, it is stated that the ‘KRUSZGEO’ Production and Geological Services Enterprise was not properly prepared for the implementation of the Quality Management System ISO 9001. It resulted from the lack of training, which would acquaint the staff with the information on the system as well as present the advantages arising from the implementation of the system.
