Analiza pracy suszarki poliamidu 6 w odmianie LV

Abstract

Celem pracy było przedstawienie aktualnie pracującej instalacji do suszenia poliamidu 6 oraz współpracujących z nią urządzeń w kontekście optymalizacji kosztów. Po dokładnym przedstawieniu całego procesu wytwarzania poliamidu 6, od polimeryzacji aż po magazynowanie, przystąpiono do procesu suszenia, jako celu tej pracy. Na samym początku zostały opisane wszystkie aparaty mające udział w procesie suszenia, następnie pokazano na czym polega sam proces suszenia; żeby ostatecznie pokazać na przykładzie tej instalacji możliwości związane z oszczędnościami. Zostało to wykazane przy pomocy trzech metod. Najbardziej opłacalną okazała się metoda usuwania wody przed wejściem produktu do suszarki. Odbywa się to przy pomocy nowej lub zmodernizowanej wirówki. Pozostałe metody można też wykorzystać równolegle z tą metodą lub osobno.

The aim of this thesis is to present the currently operating installation for drying polyamide 6 and cooperating devices in the context of cost optimization A thorough presentation of the entire process of generating polyamide 6 from polymerization stage to the storage was followed by drying process as the aim of this thesis. At the very beginning all devices used in the drying process were described. Then the nature of actual drying process was explained to show this installation as case study for possibilities of economizing. This was demonstrated by means of three methods. The most cost-effective method proved to be the removal of water prior to the entry of the product into the dryer. This is done with the help of new or upgraded centrifuges. Other methods may also be used simultaneously with this method or separately.
