Analiza budżetu Miasta i Gminy Stary Sącz w latach 2008 - 2013

Abstract

Głównym celem pracy jest analiza dochodów i wydatków Miasta i Gminy Stary Sącz w latach 2008 - 2013. Określenie czy zadania budżetowe są realizowane w sposób poprawny, a środki budżetowe wykorzystywane w pełni przez samorząd lokalny. Praca została napisana w oparciu o źródła wtórne oraz źródła pierwotne, które stanowiły dokumenty urzędowe i akty prawne. Na podstawie przeprowadzonej analizy można stwierdzić, że dochody i wydatki Miasta i Gminy Stary Sącz w latach 2008 – 2013 wykazywały tendencję wzrostową. Świadczy to o dobrej sytuacji finansowej gminy i poprawnym zarządzaniu budżetem. Pozwala to stwierdzić że opisywana gmina pozyskuje niemałe dochody z różnych dostępnych źródeł i w pełni je wykorzystuje.

The goal of the work is analysis of Municipal Council Stary Sącz in the years 2008 – 2013. In order to determine that the budget tasks are executed correctly, and budgetary resources fully used. The thesis has been written based on secondary sources, as well as primary sources, such as the official documents and legal acts. The results of the analysis, are that incomes and expenditures of Municipal Council Stary Sącz in the years 2008 – 2013 showed an increasing trend. It proves that the financial situation is good and the budget is used properly. This allows one to say that the described municipality obtains considerable incomes from various, available sources and fully uses them.
